How We Handle Unsubscribes

One-Click Unsubscribe for Supported Email Providers: Recipients of your invites are given a one-click unsubscribe option if their email provider supports this feature. This ensures a seamless experience for them.
Unsubscribe Options in Every Invite: Recipients can find an unsubscribe link in the footer of both the emails and the calendar invites they receive. This makes it easy for them to opt out of communications.
Clear Preferences: When recipients click the unsubscribe link, they are directed to a page where they can specify their preferences. They can choose to:
Stop receiving calendar invites from you.
Stop receiving emails from you.
Stop receiving both calendar invites and emails.

What Happens When Someone Unsubscribes

Stopping Calendar Invites: If a recipient opts out of calendar invites, we ensure they will no longer receive invites from you, even if they are included in future campaign audience lists.
Stopping Emails Without an Integrated Provider: If a recipient opts out of emails and your InviteJet account is not connected to an email marketing provider, we store this information securely. You can export it as a CSV file to update your email marketing provider manually.
Stopping Emails With an Integrated Provider: If a recipient opts out of emails and your InviteJet account is connected to an email marketing provider, like Klaviyo, we will automatically notify your provider. This ensures the recipient's preference is updated in your email marketing system without any extra work from you.
